Most peoples problems stem from running all kinds of crap that is installed and running in the background, interfering with other programs installed and running. But minimilistic, if there is such a thing with windblows, but works great for gaming only. You can install windblows for free, base install with no frills, stupid activate windows lower right corner. Over the years I have found it is simply best to have a gaming install, that is used for Gaming Only, NOTHING ELSE. Though I do leave the m$ security stuff running, but nothing extra installed. If you do not download stuff, browse the web, etc. Go through the "startup" list and turn off everything that is not needed. Go through the "services" list and turn off everything that is not needed. Most peoples problems are from running all kinds of other crap that has nothing to do with gaming. Because I have a dedicated gaming install, that is used for gaming only, nothing else.
